WATCH Menu
Navigate to the “WATCH” menu item in the header menu.Use the SEARCH BAR to find an episode
Use the Search Bar to find an episode. You can search by the title of an episode (if you know it) or by a word or phrase you think will be pertinent to something your team is dealing with.NEWEST EPISODES
This section contains a list of the newest episodes filtered by date with the most recent episode showing up first. This section contains 12 of the newest episodes.See ALL Episodes
Clicking the “ALL” button will show you a list of all episodes available to watch and send to your employees. -
ADDING TEAM MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY
Navigate to MY TEAM
Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “MY TEAM”.ADD TEAM MEMBER
Click the “ADD TEAM MEMBER” button.Add NAME and EMAIL
Add the name (first and last) of your team member and their email address.SAVE
Click “SAVE” and your new team member will be added to your team as long as you have open seats available!Manage Your Team Members
Your newly added team member will show up in the list below.Your Seats
This number shows you how many seats have been used and the total amount of seats your Membership Level contains. Once you have used all of your seats, you will have to delete a team member or upgrade your membership to add more members.DELETE or EDIT Team Members
Click “DELETE” to the right of a Team member to remove them from your Team and open up their seat. Click “EDIT” to change their name and/or email.BULK ADD TEAM MEMBERS
Navigate to MY TEAM
Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “MY TEAM”.ADD TEAM MEMBER VIA CSV
Click the “ADD TEAM MEMBER VIA CSV” button.Upload Your CSV File
Click “Choose File” and add your CSV file. The file must contain a header row with “Name” in the first column and “Email” in the second column. There should be no empty rows in your uploaded CSV file. If you need help creating a CSV file with Microsoft Excel you can find a tutorial HERE .Finalize
Click “UPLOAD” to upload the chosen CSV file.Example of correct formatting of your CSV file.
Team Members to be Added
This list will show you what team members are about to be added based on your CSV file upload.How Many Members Will Be Added
See how many total members you will be adding. If there is an issue or the number of team members is incorrect, click “Cancel” and make sure your CSV file is correct based on directions in step 3.PROCEED
If you are satisfied with the Team Members information that will be added, click “PROCEED”. Your Team Members will be added to your Team. -
CREATE AN EMAIL
Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “CREATE AN EMAIL”.SEARCH for an Episode
Search for a video to send to your team. Enter a keyword, phrase, or the title of your desired episode. Your search results will appear in section 3.Add your video to your email
Once you have searched for a video, click the open circle at the top left of your desired video to add it to your email. Alternatively, you can click “SELECT” below the video title you want to add to your email.Your Chosen Episode
This area will show your chosen episode once you have chosen one via the options in steps 2-3.SELECT RECIPIENTS
Click the open circles to the top left of each team member you would like to send your email to.SELECT ALL
Alternatively, you can click the “SELECT ALL” square to send you email to all team members on your account.DESIGN Your Email
FROM NAME: Your name should be populated automatically in this field but you are welcome to change it.
EMAIL SUBJECT: This field will be automatically populated by the name of your chosen episode. If you wish to change it, you may.
MESSAGE: This field will be automatically populated by the chosen episode description. If you wish to add to or change the message, you can do so here.INSERT YOUR LOGO
If you subscribe to the MASTER Plan you can add your custom company logo to your emails. Use the “Upload Logo” button to add your custom logo. Once you have added your logo, click the “Save logo for future use” button to apply it to future emails. You can also “Preview Email” before sending with that button.SCHEDULE Your Email
Choose your date and time and click the “Schedule” button to finalize and schedule your email. Your email will be sent at the date and time you choose.SEND NOW
OR, you can click the “Send Now” button to send your email immediately. -

CREATE AN EMAIL
Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “CREATE AN EMAIL”.VIEW Your Scheduled Email
If you scroll down you can see in the left sidebar the “Email History” area. This area shows your scheduled and sent emails. You can view these emails be clicking “View” next to the desired email.EDIT an Email
You can click “Edit” to make changes to an email that is scheduled and has yet to be sent out, OR if your email has already been sent, clicking “Edit” will load the same episode into a new email for you to make changes to and send again.
