Search for a video to send to your team. Enter a keyword, phrase, or the title of your desired episode. Your search results will appear in section 3.

SEARCH for an Episode

Once you have searched for a video, click the open circle at the top left of your desired video to add it to your email. Alternatively, you can click "SELECT" below the video title you want to add to your email.

FROM NAME: Your name should be populated automatically in this field but you are welcome to change it. EMAIL SUBJECT: This field will be automatically populated by the name of your chosen episode. If you subscribe to the MASTER Plan you can add your custom company logo to your emails. Use the "Upload Logo" button to add your custom logo. Once you have added your logo, click the "Save logo for future use" button to apply it to future emails. You can also "Preview Email" before sending with that button.

Choose your date and time and click the "Schedule" button to finalize and schedule your email. Your email will be sent at the date and time you choose.
