ADDING TEAM MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY

Hover over the "MY ACCOUNT" menu item. In the submenu that appears, click "MY TEAM".

Click the "ADD TEAM MEMBER" button.

Add the name (first and last) of your team member and their email address.

Click "SAVE" and your new team member will be added to your team as long as you have open seats available!

Manage Your Team Members

Your newly added team member will show up in the list below.
This number shows you how many seats have been used and the total amount of seats your Membership Level contains. Once you have used all of your seats, you will have to delete a team member or upgrade your membership to add more members.

Click "DELETE" to the right of a Team member to remove them from your Team and open up their seat. Click "EDIT" to change their name and/or email.

BULK ADD TEAM MEMBERS

Click "Choose File" and add your CSV file. The file must contain a header row with "Name" in the first column and "Email" in the second column. There should be no empty rows in your uploaded CSV file. If you need help creating a CSV file with Microsoft Excel you can find a tutorial HERE

Upload Your CSV File

Click "UPLOAD" to upload the chosen CSV file.

Finalize

Click “UPLOAD” to upload the chosen CSV file.

See how many total members you will be adding. If there is an issue or the number of team members is incorrect, click "Cancel" and make sure your CSV file is correct based on directions in step 3.
