Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “MY TEAM”.
ADD TEAM MEMBER
Click the “ADD TEAM MEMBER” button.
Add NAME and EMAIL
Add the name (first and last) of your team member and their email address.
SAVE
Click “SAVE” and your new team member will be added to your team as long as you have open seats available!
Manage Your Team Members
Your newly added team member will show up in the list below.
Your Seats
This number shows you how many seats have been used and the total amount of seats your Membership Level contains. Once you have used all of your seats, you will have to delete a team member or upgrade your membership to add more members.
DELETE or EDIT Team Members
Click “DELETE” to the right of a Team member to remove them from your Team and open up their seat. Click “EDIT” to change their name and/or email.
BULK ADD TEAM MEMBERS
Navigate to MY TEAM
Hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” menu item. In the submenu that appears, click “MY TEAM”.
ADD TEAM MEMBER VIA CSV
Click the “ADD TEAM MEMBER VIA CSV” button.
Upload Your CSV File
Click “Choose File” and add your CSV file. The file must contain a header row with “Name” in the first column and “Email” in the second column. There should be no empty rows in your uploaded CSV file. If you need help creating a CSV file with Microsoft Excel you can find a tutorial HERE

Finalize
Click “UPLOAD” to upload the chosen CSV file.

Team Members to be Added
This list will show you what team members are about to be added based on your CSV file upload.
How Many Members Will Be Added
See how many total members you will be adding. If there is an issue or the number of team members is incorrect, click “Cancel” and make sure your CSV file is correct based on directions in step 3.
PROCEED
If you are satisfied with the Team Members information that will be added, click “PROCEED”. Your Team Members will be added to your Team.
